It is recommended to put this track on the UNDEFINED slot.

Overview

Template:Slot-Info is a template that is used for for specifying slot information about a track or battle arena.

It is not recommended to put this arena on the SNES Battle Course 4 or GBA Battle Course 3 slot in v2.0 – v2.3 because of the sand off-road. If this is used in a distribution with the ability to change music slots, it is recommended to use the Moo Moo Meadows music slot.

Slot

The slot parameters should be used in order. The following are a few examples.

Version

The version parameters depend on each other. The following three combinations are possible.

Reason

The reason parameters can contain information about the slot choice. Some standard reasons are implemented: see Template:Slot-Reason for a full list.

None	No reason will be appended to the main sentence.
reason= cow-bells	... because of the cow and bell sounds during the intro cameras.
reason= HeyhoShipGBA	... because of the Shy Guy ship.
reason= another custom reason	... because of another custom reason.
reason= rr-sticky-road-sfx reason2= rr-road-2-sfx	... because of the sticky road SFX, the road SFX.

Music Slot

Arguments	Output
None	No sentence will appear about the music slot.
music-slot= 4.4	If this is used in a distribution with the ability to change music slots, it is recommended to use the Rainbow Road music slot.
music-slot= 1.2 music-slot2= battle2.5	If this is used in a distribution with the ability to change music slots, it is recommended to use the Moo Moo Meadows or DS Twilight House music slot.
